Supervision of works

The planning phase ends for us with the completion of the execution drawings, and project implementation starts with the handover of these drawings to the site supervisor in charge. The procedures are laid down and monitored by our quality management system. As part of the handover, planners and site supervisors meet to discuss and note down, on the basis of a checklist, all the important points concerning the particular project. We see ourselves as the trustees of the project promoter. The tasks of Site Supervision and Project Management are strictly separated in order to ensure effective control. Site supervisors and project managers meet at regular intervals to agree on measures to be taken and to exchange experiences.
