Training

The skills and qualifications of our staff are supported and further developed through external and in-house training schemes. This includes promoting the exchange of experience during regular internal sessions concerning civil engineering topics or other relevant information. The emphasis is on hands-on training.

In 1971 we started with the training of construction draughtspersons, and in 1999 TEAMPLAN EDV began training computer specialists in our line of work. To ensure that our trainees develop skills in all aspects of their vocation, they are not only assigned to different specialized areas, but they also spend training periods in all our different branches. After their final exams, these young employees are soon able to participate in our day-to-day activities as valuable members of a project team. The training as a draughtsperson in our company has often been the first step in a career as an engineer or technician within the Fischer group.
