Quality policy

The quality policy and the corresponding objectives laid down by Management are the cornerstones of our engineering services. We perform our work with the greatest care and reliability so that we can deliver the quality expected by our clients. The framework for achieving our targets is provided by our quality management system (QMS) that we introduced in 1996 and adapted to the new DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2004. This process-oriented quality management system embraces all the individual stages of work.

The client and all parties involved in our engineering services can rest assured that our quality management system is applied consistently by the whole staff. We describe the quality of our planning procedures as the “concordance of the terms of reference with the result”. We believe that quality is only attained when every single specified requirement has been met.
