Franz Fischer Ingenieurbüro GmbH belongs to a company group that is lead and controlled by TEAMPLAN HOLDING Unternehmensverwaltung AG, which has the legal status of a “simplified stock corporation.

TEAMPLAN HOLDING AG mainly concentrates on target planning, economic guidance, personnel policy and controlling. Our employees are the shareholders of this stock corporation. They are our co-entrepreneurs! The shareholders vote on the resolutions presented at the Annual General Meeting. They elect the Supervisory Board, and the Supervisory Board, in turn, appoints the Executive Board.

Our corporate identity is shaped by a strong guiding concept and clear fundamental values. A slim organizational structure – small central HOLDING company, short channels of communication, and decentralized responsibilities in the operative companies – supports the entrepreneurial spirit of our staff.
