Transition to a new generation: After long and careful preparation, the Supervisory Board of TEAMPLAN HOLDING AG appointed Mr Hippe, Mr Schumacher and Mr Wagner as members of the Executive Board as from 1 January 2005. They have taken over the sectors of Overall Management, Planning and Controlling from the company founders Mr Fischer and Mr Janes, who will however continue to provide active support. |
