Site developement and road construction

During site development in residential and industrial areas there is obviously a close link between drainage and highway planning. For this reason we believe that both these tasks should be handled by one interdisciplinary team. Our site development and drainage concepts aim to unite the objectives of urban planning with those of water management and ecology. To this end, we cooperate closely with planning authorities as well as with urban and green planners, and determine the routes and locations of the necessary drainage facilities at an early planning stage.

These concepts then serve as a basis for the required stipulations in the official development plan. The framework for drainage and site development planning is thus established. In the highway planning sector, we ensure that the best possible connections to the road network are already identified during the preparation of the development plan. Likewise, we include road cross-sections and parking areas well in advance and define solutions together with urban planners.
